[plt-scheme] Announce: scm-pdf available at schematics

I've completed an initial port of Marc Battyani's cl-pdf to PLT. This 
library supports a subset of PDF functionality to support generation of 
textual and graphics-based documents including drawing primitives, AFM 
font support, and document structure. Available at:

It also includes a PLT port of SLIB's format.ss as a bonus prize.
