[plt-scheme] Annouce: Firebird / Interbase Driver 0.1

Hi all,

In a fit of mad hacking I've developed a driver for
Firebird/Interbase.  It's available from the usual
place:

  https://sourceforge.net/projects/schematics/

This is the 0.1 release, which means I got it working
about an hour ago.  It passes my tests, YMMV ;-)  I'm
sure I've made my usual packaging mistakes somewhere
so if it doesn't unpack as expected and you can't
figure it out please get in contact.

The interface is loosely based on Oleg's db-util.scm
package.
