[plt-dev] PLT interacts badly with crazy new Windows "AppData\Remote" idea

What about adding a dialog message to the uninstaller:

"On Windows Vista and Windows 7, individual users may have files in AppData\Remote that will affect future installations of PLT. We advise you to delete these files."
