[racket-dev] Wikipedia page

I've taken a first crack at creating a 

Racket (programming language)

page in wikipedia, simply by copying the first few chunks of the PLT Scheme page.

This is a bit experimental, because it may be that Wikipedia has an existing mechanism for renaming, so I figured I'd just spend five minutes on it and wait for Wikipedia admins to tell me if I'm doing something redundant.

FWIW, there's also a DrScheme page to update and presumably a whole pile of references to PLT scheme, membership in various categories, etc.
