[plt-dev] check-expect bug

There were a few PRs that went by. One was that images didn't print
right, but that turned out not to be reproducible (and may not have
been specific to check-expect or even the teachign languages). One was
the "uncaught exception #f" printout and the last was that the "trace"
link in the error display window signalled an error.

That's all that I'm aware of anyways.
